We work in one room, on one table, with no separate design department. The person who sketches your building is the person who stands on site with you when it's built.

We start by spending time with you and your site. No drawings for the first two weeks.

Three honest options, physical models and a realistic budget that we stand behind.

We stay on site every week until the keys are in your hand, and we come back after a year.

Our bread

48 hours from flour to first slice.

No shortcuts and no additives. Just stone-milled flour, water, salt and a starter we have been feeding since we opened. That long, cold ferment is what gives our loaves their crackly crust and deep flavour.
