Don't take our word for it
“I walked in scared of the barbell. Fourteen months later I pulled double my bodyweight. Coach Dana never let me quit.”
NNora P.Member since 2024
“It's the first gym where people know my name and notice when I don't show up. That's why I keep showing up.”
SSam H.Member since 2023
“No mirrors full of selfies and no sales pitch. Just good coaching and heavy weights. Exactly what I wanted.”

Before you come
I've never lifted before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. About half our members started here. Your first session is one-to-one and covers the basics.
Is there a contract?
No. Membership runs month to month and you can pause or cancel in the app.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's free parking for members behind the building, plus showers, lockers and towels.
First class is on us
Pick a time and come as you are. Worst case, you get a good sweat.
