The studio
Two people, one wheel, no shortcuts.
Every Kiln piece starts as a lump of clay on our wheel. It's trimmed by hand, dried for a week, then fired twice. It takes about three weeks to make a mug, so yes, we'd like you to keep it for thirty years.

Yes, all glazes are food safe and dishwasher safe. Hand washing keeps them beautiful for longer.
Why does my mug look different from the photo?
Every piece is made by hand, so glaze and shape vary slightly. That's what makes it yours.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to more than 30 countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can you make a custom set for a restaurant?
Yes. Orders of 40 pieces or more start at about eight weeks. Write to us and we'll send samples.
